NECIS endorses 100th Meridian Invasive Species Revolving Loan Fund

NECIS today expressed its support for legislation that seeks to provide the funds to fight invasive species in the West and throughout the nation. The 100th Meridian Invasive Species Revolving Loan Fund promotes cooperative and collaborative partnerships among federal, state, and local governments, in addition to helping grassroots groups that work on specific problems in designated areas.
